LDI 140 - Basic Bridging Leadership Course
Six 90 minute learning sessions to be participated in in small groups of 3-6 give learners the basics of Bridging Leadership.
Learners are invited to make the BL Circle Membership Commitment after completing LDI 110 or its equivalents.
At the end of this 6-session White Belt course on Bridging Leadership, the learner will be eligible for promotion test to BL Yellow Belt.
Objectives:
A White Belter should be able to share the following portfolio and demonstrate the following competencies:
1.Portfolio
share his/her Deep Dive experience and insights through a video blog vlog
2.Competencies
co-created or mobilized at least 2 people to an activity addressing an adaptive problem
shares leadership journey as a white belt through Public Narrative
Explains Ownership, Co-ownership, and Co-creation as seen in her own life journey
