The Leadership Journey activity is an easy way of getting to know others in your group while exploring themes of leadership.

Watch the video of Genie Daradal as she explains her own journey, the highs and lows, and how these have shaped her as a leader.

This activity allows participants to similarly review their own life experiences and appreciate how they have what it takes to step up as a leader. 

As a facilitator, you may play the video for your participants, or study the video in advance and explain the instructions yourself.
